COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Practice Update

We have moved our practice to include telemedicine appointments, as well as in office appointments due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

to schedule a telemedicine appointment.

In the event you do need to come into the office, providing a safe environment for our patients is of prime importance to us. As the COVID-19 concerns continue to be on everyone's mind and messages from the CDC continue to evolve, we would like to ask you to take some precautions to help ensure the safety of you, other patients, and our office staff.

For mandatory office visits and office based procedures,
We ask that you please call our office and ask the staff to reschedule your appointment if you meet any of the following criteria:

1. If you have traveled outside of the United States or are coming from abroad in the last 14 days.

2. If you have a fever or symptoms of lower respiratory illness, such as coughing or difficulty breathing.

3. If you think you have the "flu" or "bronchitis".

4. If you have been in close contact with a person confirmed to have COVID - 19 (coronavirus).

We are keeping up to date with any new information provided by the CDC regarding this outbreak.
We continue to practice appropriate hygiene and protocols for cleanliness in the office daily.
